Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Vera Dubai Tours

1. How can I make the payment?
Payments can be made in cash or by credit card before the service begins.

2. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Since no payment is taken in advance, you can cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before the tour.
If we are unable to reach you, your reservation will be automatically canceled 1 hour before the start.

3. Do you provide transfer services?
Yes. We can pick you up from your hotel or the address you specify.

4. How do you charge for transfers?
Transfer fees are calculated based on the number of people.

5. Do you provide a tour guide?
Guiding services are not included by default. However, we have experienced tour guides for each type of activity.
Guides can be provided depending on the service scope, and extra requests are subject to an additional fee.
